How do I enroll in Online Banking?
You can sign up for Online Banking by clicking on "Sign In/Enroll"  located in the upper right hand corner of the Home Page of the website. This will bring you to a page where you can click on the "Not Registered" link, located next to the Username Sign In box. You will be asked to enter your member number, the last 4 digits of your social security number and your date of birth. A valid email address is also required for registration. If we do not have a valid email address on file, for security purposes, we will need a signature before updating your email address. You can stop in at either branch, or mail your signed request to Oxford FCU, 225 River Road, Mexico, ME  04257.

How do I pay bills through Online Banking?  
While logged into Online Banking, click on the "Bill Pay" tab at the top of the page. Then click on "Add a Company or Person" to add payees. Once you have added your payees they will appear in the Payment Center where you can choose an amount and date to pay each. You can also set up reoccurring payments.

How do I get in Mobile Banking?
You need to have a valid email address to access the Oxford FCU Mobile Banking app. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then create a Username and Password. Your password must contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. Once this information is entered click "Sign On" which will generate a one-time PIN that will be sent to your email. Enter the PIN where indicated to complete.

How do I pay bills through Mobile Banking?
To use Bill Pay with the Oxford FCU mobile app, you must already have enrolled and set up payees through Oxford FCU's full site. Once enrolled, log into Mobile Banking and Choose "Bill Pay".

How do I deposit a check with Mobile Banking?
Log into the Oxford FCU mobile app and choose "Mobile Deposit". When making mobile deposits please take clear pictures when prompted, and write "For Mobile Deposit Only to Account# _____" on the back of the check. Improper endorsement may delay availability of your funds.

How do I sign up for eStatements?
Log into your Online Account and click on the 'Documents' tab at the top of the page.Follow the prompts to set up this service. Once completed, you will see 18 months of statement history. You can save these documents to your personal device if you would like.    

How do I view my Oxford FCU VISA Credit Card Transactions Online?
To view your VISA credit card transactions, you need to be enrolled in eZcard VISA. Once you are enrolled and logged into your account you can view your transactions. You can also download the Oxford FCU VISA mobile app to view your transactions. To use the mobile app you need to first enroll in eZcard. Use your eZcard Username and Password to access the mobile app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

What do I do if I am locked out of eZcard?
If you are locked out of eZcard call 1.866.604.0380 and follow the prompts. Oxford FCU is not able to unlock these accounts as this is a program offered and supported by VISA.

How do I get the Oxford FCU VISA Mobile app?
The Oxford FCU Mobile App is available in both the App Store and Google Play. Search for Oxford FCU VISA, the icon is a picture of the Oxford FCU credit card. There is no cost.

What do I do if my Oxford FCU Credit Card is lost or stolen?
To report a lost or stolen Oxford FCU VISA Credit Card, call Oxford FCU at 1.800.991.9219 Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. After business hours call 1.900.991.4961 to report your card as lost or stolen.

What do I do if my Oxford FCU Debit/ATM Card is lost or stolen?
To report a lost or stolen Debit/ATM Card, call Oxford FCU at 1.800.991.9219 Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM. After business hours, or anytime, call 1.800.472.3272. If you are enrolled in Card Valet you can turn your Debit Card off, to prevent any transactions. If you happen to locate your card it can easily be turned back on again through Card Valet.

How do I report fraud on my Debit/ATM Card?

To report fraudulant activity on your Debit/ATM card call 1.877.253.8964.

How can I check my account balances?
You can check the balances on your account via Online Banking or Mobile Banking both these services are free. You can also call Oxford FCU and speak to a Member Service Representative.
How can I check my Debit Card transcations?
In addition to Online and Mobile Banking, or calling Oxford FCU, Debit Card only transactions can be viewed in the Card Valet app. Card Valet is availabe in the App Store and Google Play.
