eAlerts are free electronic notifications that you create to help you keep track of your finances. Receive a text or email alert when a specific event occurs, such as:
- Your account balance goes below an amount you specify
- A deposit or payment posts to your account
- A debit occurs
- To get daily balance updates

When you call Telephone Banking, you will be asked to enter your Member ID Number, PIN and Zip Code. If you do not remember your PIN, call us at 800.991.9219 and one of our member service reps will reset it for you. All Oxford FCU members are automatically enrolled in Telephone Banking.
